Why is LinkedIn one of the social media toxic? People post on social media like Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, but LinkedIn is the top tier of toxic.
The first reason why is because of performative pressure and the constant hustle culture. Starting off with LinkedIn, people get locked in on posting about college and career competition, and it has turned toxic. Some negativity comes from people posting on any social media platforms, not just LinkedIn.
Secondly, they should not be posting any bad and negativity posting on Instagram either. You should even private your posts before Instagram bans you. Should posting on social media get banned? Maybe people or others are posting weird and crazy stuff—like something not too very bad, but maybe images of killing or talking about someone bad or harassing someone. They can get banned for that if someone reports the image or post. The same thing is happening on X (Twitter). You go somewhere to post and do that. Anyways, some people point out at school or home or other places that kids and families are posting on social media.
Another reason is the risks of AI-generated content and attention seeking using other people’s things. People copy someone’s work and paste it like it’s their own. On LinkedIn news (like culture encryption protocol), you can see examples of people just copying or using someone else’s work for attention.
In conclusion, LinkedIn is toxic.
