Teeny tiny profile on Mrs. Bellino

This year in Airport High School, there have been many new teachers joining us. One of which is Mrs. Bellino. She teaches English one and two here at Airport. She came from Pine Ridge Middle School before coming here. She was a lawyer before even becoming a teacher. I don't think many people know much about Mrs. Bellino and she is a wonderful teacher.

Mrs. Bellino has worked at Lex 2 for eight years as of right now. She started working at Northside Middle School. In fact this is her first time teaching a high school so she is settling in on how things work around here. I like to think about it as moving from one place to another, it's hard to settle in since you're not used to it. Meeting new people can be hard unless you’re social. Not only did Mrs. Bellino moved from school to school but she also moved states. Mrs. Bellino came from North Carolina to South Carolina. She became interested in district 2 when in South Carolina.

Before being a teacher Mrs. Bellino was a lawyer. She was an English major. It would make sense for her to be a lawyer since she would be good at it based on her major. But just because you're good at it doesn't mean you’ll like it. She eventually quit because she didn't enjoy it and found out it wasn't right for her. She then went back to school to get a degree. She went on to teach and she enjoyed that.
