RodWave’s ‘Last Lap’ album: My opinion on it

Inside of Airport High School, many students currently walk around listening to the RodWave’s newest album Last Lap. As soon as the album was released students were interested in listening to it, and it seemed that’s the only thing they were talking about at that time. 

Rodarius Green, known as Rodwave, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from St. Petersburg, FL. He has been signed to Alamo Records. Rod Wave is known for his strong voice and incorporation of hip hop and R&B. His career began in 2015. 

Last Lap was released on October 11, and in my personal opinion the album is awesome  for a variety of reasons. 

One reason the album shined is because of how Rod Wave expresses his feelings and navigates love and life. He also reflects on growing older.

The second reason Last Lap slaps is because of the stories that are behind the songs.  His music is inspired by what he went through and was a way to cope with it. Rod Wave has definitely made a huge impact on people through his music. One of the good songs in the album is “Iran” . This song stands out to me because it expresses and shows feelings. Rod Wave music makes me feel peaceful.

The third reason Last Lap is so good is because it's very overwhelming, the whole album really stands out to me. The lyrics are what really touched out to me. It's overwhelming to me because the album is amazing and. It's also overwhelming because the album just makes me feel calm whenever listening to it.

A reviewer on https://ratingsgamemusic.com/ gave a summary on how Rodwave's album was. They stated information in the passage as such as the production on Last Lap by Rod Wave definitely stands out for its diversity. While much of the album retains his signature emotional trap.

Angel O., one of my classmates, said that the album is very good because all the songs are stupendous, and she rates it a 10/10.

Trinity W. says that the album is okay but it's not that good. She claims that some of the songs are trash, so she rates it a 7/10.

I rate the album 10/10. The album really stands out to me. I personally think Rodwave put his whole heart into this album. I recommend that everyone should listen to this album.
