An actor who is most recognized for playing in the HBO series Euphoria as Fezco, died of an accidental drug overdose at his family home in Oakland, California, at 25. This death resonated with many Airport students due to the show Euphoria being highly popular among them. Hopefully, his death is a warning to them that drugs can be an addiction, and that it is probably best not to model one’s real life behavior after the exaggerated, fictional antics of those they watch on TV. Angus was known for playing a drug dealer on the show.
Angus was born and raised in Oakland, California. He was the oldest of 3 kids. He had 2 younger twin sisters, Molly and Fiona. Before Euphoria, he attended Oakland School for the Arts and studied production design where he was also a fellow classmate of his future Co-Star Zendeya. According to wikipedia , when Angus was working at Woodlands restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, He was scouted by the casting director of Euphoria. He was inexperienced and had not played any prior roles before his role on Euphoria, but had a few minor roles after the show. He appeared in the show The Perfect Woman in 2019 and North Hollywood in 2020.
Angus is survived by his two sisters, Fiona and Molly; and his mother, Lisa Cloud. He is predeceased by his father, Conor Hickey, whose death a short time before Agus’s has been cited as a contributing factor to the depression into which Angus had sunk and why he may have resorted to drugs.
