Fruit pizza is a quick easy dish and great at summer pool parties and more! It is a specialty of my mom's, but here is how you can make it too:
Before starting your journey you will need a non-stick pizza pan for your cookie dough.
Defrost strawberries , bananas , kiwi or whatever fruits you love to top your pizza.
For your spread you want cream cheese and three table spoons of sugar; get this out now but save until later.
Take your nonstick pizza pan an spread already made cookie dough onto the pan. Make sure your dough is not touching the edge of the pan and is spread evenly.
Preheat oven to 375 and place your pan into the oven.
Remove once your cookie dough edges are slight brown or until cooked completely.
Now, it's it's time for your creamy surgery spread!
You will need a bowl and a whisk.
Put enough cream cheese into the bowl to cover the cookie. Add sugar to even out the taste. Remind you the cookie already has added sugar.
Mix together until sugar is completely mixed into cream.
Once the cookie cools after 5 minutes apply the cream evenly.
Take your fresh fruit mix and add the topping. Cut however you want you would like and enjoy
Enjoy!
