Prom season begins

During this time of year, seniors are getting ready for prom. This event will occur at 701 Whaley on April 28th at 8 o’clock.

This news is important because for many prom is the best night of high school and one of the most memorable events of high school. Prom is a very special night for seniors, especially, and we are definitely looking forward to it. It's a once in a lifetime thing.

It's interesting that we will have a prom king and queen this year because we haven't had one in a long time, if we ever had one. It's cool because we always see it in movies, and now we will be having one in real life.

It's interesting that nothing has been mentioned about a dress code for prom - yet - because Airport is very strict on dress code here at school. Many feel there should be a dress code, but if someone is wearing something that is showing too much then they shouldn't be allowed.

“As of right now there is no dress code," Mrs.Wolfe confirmed. ”However, if you are wearing crazy you may be denied entry.”

“It's going to be a memorable and fun night,” said one student, Diana.

Another studen, Rayci said, “I am attending prom because it’s my last year.”

Everyone is so excited about prom and can't wait to dress up and get cute. Since prom can be very expensive, it might be a good idea to create and stick to a budget.
