JV boys soccer win 2-0 against Dreher in first scrimmage

Last week the JV boys soccer team took on Dreher High School and won 2-0.

Chase S., a freshman, and Ben S., a sophomore, scored the two winning goals.

Chase S., who scored one of the two goals, said it was a difficult game, but they continued using teamwork. “The new teammates are getting better, and are showing great potential.”

When asked if the boys who are new at playing are showing potential, Saverio E., a member of the team, said everyone is getting better, and they are starting to learn the game better. “Everyone is showing really good potential,” he said.

Elijah H., a teammate that's been playing for two years, says that the team is making great improvements.

The next game the JV boys will be playing is February 27, against our rivals, Brookland-Cayce. They will be playing at 7:30, and will hope to see you there!
