AHS alumnus Cameron Waters passes away over weekend

Cameron Waters, former Airport High School student, passed away last night on January 8th, 2017.

Few details on his death have been released.

Last night, his dad said his passing was related to diabetes complications. Cameron had struggled with diabetes for long time, and had even been in and out of the hospital for previous complications.

Cameron was a well loved drama student at Airport, performing in multiple plays and eating lunch everyday in Mrs. Stilwell’s room.

Mrs. Stilwell, Airport High School drama teacher, was heartbroken upon hearing the news. She posted on Facebook giving her condolences.

Cameron was also a frequent churchgoer. He went to Willow Ridge church. He was born April 14, 1997.

Cameron was 19 years old. He leaves behind his mother, Lisa Waters, a father, Kristoper Waters and many other family members.
